Looking Ahead
Connect, IQ Slats, and the Studio App are the foundation of the PyroNext ecosystem—but they’re just the start.
We’re actively building the next layer of the PyroNext system. The roadmap runs from the field hardware you can order today, through purpose-built wireless modules, all the way to a complete end-to-end platform that spans show design, field execution, and post-show records.
In the near term, that means:
- Wireless field execution: A dedicated RF module that docks inside Connect and gives each firing zone its own wireless endpoint—plus a purpose-built field control panel for operators. These are in active development.
- Show Hub: A time distribution and wireless access point unit for large sites that need SMPTE timecode, Wi-Fi field monitoring, and environmental sensor hosting.
- Mesh range extension: Link units that extend the wireless mesh to sites too large for direct radio coverage.
- DMX integration: A wired DMX adapter for coordinating CO₂ jets, flame bars, confetti cannons, and other SFX alongside your pyrotechnic show.
We’re not announcing timelines publicly yet—but if you’re a professional operator, an SFX crew, or a distributor thinking about where this fits in your workflow, we’d like to hear from you.
